What are the options for delivery ?

Delivery service by Lalamove are within Klang Valley, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. Delivery fee are quote by Lalamove at the checkout page and it will varies depending on the distance between delivery address to our shop location. Surcharges may apply on the day of the delivery.
Self pick-up at our premise.
Shipping/ Postage Nationwide. Courier Option can be choose by our customer at the checkout page. Shipping packaging will be different as per photos shown at product page.

Can I request for a specific delivery time?

We apologise as we might not be able to arrange delivery at a specifically requested time as we arrange all our deliveries following the chosen time slot. Our deliveries may take up to four hours per slot. Drivers will deliver to multiple stops at a time and we cannot predict the traffic conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

Can you deliver to my unit? Or to the shop/restaurant inside a mall/hotel?

For multi-level residences, buildings and shopping malls, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the main entrance as our courier is unable to deliver the order straight to your unit. The order will be returned to us if collection is not completed and you will be charged for arrangement of re- delivery to the next time.
For landed properties, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order. The order will be returned to us if collection is not completed and you will be charged for arrangement of re- delivery to the next time.

Can I change my delivery address/date/time for my order?

If you wish to change your delivery address/date/time, please inform us AT LEAST 1 WORKING DAY BEFORE the initial delivery date. Our working hours is 8am-6pm.

What is the shipping/postage rate?

Shipping/ Postage Nationwide .
Shipping rate to West Malaysia is RM13 and to East Malaysia RM20. Shipping packaging will be different as per photos shown below.

How are my order ship?

Shipping packaging will be different from delivery/ self pick-up packaging. We use hard transparent container to prevent from any damaged as it offers rigidity and impact protection , as per photos shown below.

When will my order arrive?

Shipment to West Malaysia will arrive in 1-2 days . Shipment to East Malaysia will arrive in 3-4 days.
Shipments can be delayed due to a variety of reasons such as traffic or bad weather. Check the status of your shipment use tracking number provided.

When will my order ship?

We process shipping on Monday to Wednesday ONLY. Orders received after 12pm on Wednesday, will be shipped out on next Monday.
